Ingredients :
200g Butter
200g Castor Sugar
4 Eggs
4 tbsp of Milk Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
180g Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Orange/Lime/Lemon Peels
Cashew Nuts
Method :
Grease and line the cake tin with greaseproof paper. Preheat oven to 180C.
Beat Egg Whites in a bowl.
Beat Sugar, Butter and Egg Yolks in another bowl until it gets light and creamy.
Mix the two bowls.
Add vanilla essence.
Mix the Baking Powder and Milk Powder with Flour and add it.
Add Orange/Lime/Lemon Peels and Cashew Nuts as you wish..
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer.
